“Half-Moon” is a natural, landscape-like collection focusing on simple designs outreaching the natural beauty of natural wood.

Inspired by NATURE and the harmony of wood’s organic form of flow, the “Half-Moon” series turns the essence of the material into shape. Every design in the series returns to the place where it comes from, to the zero point, to the earth. In the “Half-Moon” series, the object reflects the design process that is shaped with the memory of wood.
Özge Çağlayan appeals to daily lifestyle with a simple form, both by respecting the past of the material and sticking to the idea of responsible design and production for the future.
